Welcome the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center!

As we begin our phased reopening, we will do so in the safest manner possible and have worked with government officials to keep our staff and visitors safe. It is only with your cooperation that we can succeed in opening our doors to the public again.

Please note the following changes:

Preparing for your visit:

Our museums are now open Wednesday - Saturday!

Hours:
Helen T. White Galleries: 10 am - 3 pm
Buell Children's Museum: 10 am - 12 pm & 1 pm - 3 pm.
For more information: (719) 295-7200

  • A timed ticket is now required for all guests.  To secure your booking, please click here. (We recommend you read this entire page first!)
  • Members: Your admission is still free, but you must reserve a time. Click on the 2nd option which says "I'm a member" when reserving your tickets.
  • Arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your ticketed time.
  • You may arrive anytime within your designated time block, but will be asked to leave when the museum closes at the end of your time block.
  • For now, a ticket is good for either the Helen T. White Galleries or the Buell Children's Museum. You will choose which one when reserving your time slot. If you'd like to visit the other building, please let someone at the front desk know and they'll check for occupancy.
