Big Messy Art Adventure Camps
Spend your summer swimming in art!
Artistic, affordable camps at the Arts Center
are taught by licensed teachers and practicing, professional artists.
All Young at Art instructors are certified, licensed teachers or professional, practicing artists.
Week 1:
Messy with Mummies — To Egypt and Beyond (June 8-12)
Travel to ancient Egypt as you build pyramids, play with hieroglyphics, paint with sand and more!
Week 2:
Goin’ Buggy with Creepy Crawly Things! (June 15-19)
Bug out as you create insect sculputre, animation, puppets and more!
Week 3:
Wild and Wooly! (June 22-26)
All artist adventurers can tangle with the wild kingdom as you move, learn, create and play with animals!
Week 4:
Calling all Inventors! (June 29-July 2 | No camp July 3)
Edison and Einstein, watch out! Anything can happen this week filled with artistic inventors.
Week 5:
Mickey Mouse to Manga (July 6-10)
Release your comic book artist and bring your cartoon creations to life.
Week 6:
dragonolgy & dinosaurs too! (July 13-17)
From the real to the mythical, soar artistically through prehistoric and magical realms!
Week 7:
Mission Out of Control! (July 20-24)
Blast off to the far limits of your imagination with artistic explorations of outer space.
Week 8:
big messy art adventure! (July 27-31)
Can’t sit still for just one thing? Get messy with visual arts,
drama, movement, and fun! This special week includes workshops presented by MISSOULA CHILDREN’S THEATER.
