3. Completely fill out the forms and make copies for your records
4. Bring all forms and payment to the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center (210 N Santa Fe Avenue)

Programs Available
Crayola Dream-Makers After School Program (1-5th grade)
Beginning Youth Band (5th grade)
Guitar for Youth (2-5th grade)
Clay Studio Experience (1-5th grade)
School of Dance (1-5th grade)
Sangre de Cristo Conservatory Choir (2-7th grade)
Music with Movement (1-5th grade)
Magic Carpet Players (1-5th grade)
The semester will culminate in May with a Free Public Arts Event & Reception with Concert, Musical Performances, Art Exhibitions & Theatre in the Jackson Conference Center & Arts Center Theatre!
