Security
Security guards are required for every 100 guests.
• Security Guards: $18 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Bar/Beverage
One bartender is necessary for every 150 guests, plus one for every additional 100 people.
• Bar setup: $50 per bar
• Bartender Labor: $20 per hour, per 100 guests (2 hour minimum)
Theater Staff
Theater technician, box office attendant, projectionist and ticket sales are also available.
• Theater Tech: $18 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Beverage Fees
We are a licensed liquor concessionaire and must provide all bartenders, liquor and bar supplies. One (1) bartender is required for the first 150 people, two (2) for 150 to 200 people and one (1) additional bartender for each additional 100 people. An $20 fee per bartender per hour is charged. A $50 bar set-up fee will be charged for each bar.
