Sangre de Cristo School of Arts classes and workshops are open to students of all ages and skill levels. Our programs are for anyone who has a desire to learn and engage in a personal or professional committment to art studies.
FOR KIDS . . .
The arts are important in cultivating the entire child. Arts education develops and nurtures intuition, imagination, reasoning and dexterity into unique forms of expression. All youth classes address the Colorado Model Content Standards in visual arts, music, theatre or dance.
FOR ADULTS . . .
We are often asked by adults: "Is it ever too late to learn creativity?" And, our answer is always a resounding, "No!" We believe it is never too late to develop and nurture your creativity, even if you come from a generation who was scolded for coloring outside the lines.
Being creative is the exhilarating act of putting your ideas and imagination to work. Creativity is healthy exercise for both your mind and spirit. And, experts tell us that the future belongs to those with a creative mind.
