Friday Arts Academy
Returns Friday, February 1, 2013!
Celebrate the arts at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center and give your student up to a full day of visual art, music, theater and dance in a safe, beautiful arts environment! Averaging less than $6 per class per week, the Friday Arts Academy offers an unparalleled experience in the arts for children in grades 1-12.
Designed especially for District 70 and Pueblo City schools, as well as private and homeschooled students, children have a chance to explore many arts not offered in school. Classes are held in art studios, on the main theater stage, Buell Children’s Museum, and in dance facilities. Hour-long classes begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. A supervised lunch hour (12-1 pm) is provided for students taking two or more classes. Classes are subject to enrollment numbers (minimum 8 students; maximum 20).
TUITION RATES
• $80 per course plus applicable art materials fee (Photography/Darkroom counts as two courses).
• A course includes 14 weeks of classes.
• Arts Center members receive a 10% discount
